Former and current Telstra (or related body corporate) employees who were employed directly by Telstra:

  • Who are at least 18 years of age; and

  • Whose employment was not terminated for misconduct or poor performance or who resigned during a misconduct investigation.

 

Former Telecom, OTC, PMG (Telecom) and Sensis employees are also eligible. Former contractors will only be validated if the employment details were recorded on our HR database and/or they can provide evidence of employment with Telstra. Former TLS or TBC staff members also need to provide evidence of employment before we can validate the membership.

Telstra retains full discretion to refuse a person’s application to join the Telstra Alumni program.

When creating a unique password to securely access the website, ensure the password meets the following criteria: Password must be minimum seven characters, and a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and these special characters @#$%^&*().

  1. Click the "Forgot Password?" link in the Member Login section on the landing page.

  2. On the Forgotten Password page enter your primary e-mail address and enter the graphic code displayed below the email field.

  3. Click Submit.

  4. A login link will be sent to the primary e-mail address associated with your account. This link will be valid for only 48 hours.

  5. Click the link to create a new password.

Your employee number is used as your unique site ID. If you do not remember your employee number, submit your registration leaving the field blank. We then need your first name, surname and date of birth to validate your registration and generate your old employee number or assign a new employee number.

Once your membership is validated, your employee number will be listed in your profile. Click Home > My Profile. It is also listed in the top right corner of the Benefits tab. Click Home > Benefits.

Yes. Once you have joined, please select "Refer a Friend" from the Find Alumni Friends page to send a personalised invitation.

This means that your email ID is already in use, you might have registered at an earlier occasion. Try to login using your email ID and personal password. If you can’t remember your password, click on ‘Reset Password?’ and follow the link sent to your inbox.
